Our Incubator is perfect utility for environmental study and growth chamber. Our incubator is just apt for general use like preservation of vaccines, insulin, lever extracts, chemicals etc.

To give it longer life and maintain its effectiveness, our Incubator is anodized from inside on all three walls while Aluminium/Stainless Steel from outside and fitted with air circulated fans that maintain the overall temperature of the chamber. Our incubator comes with full view inner glass door fitted with magnetic gasket that gives you freedom to monitor and inspect your samples without changing the temperature of the cabinet.

Standard version of Incubator comes with a temperature range of Ambient +5°C to 100°C with an accuracy of ±1°C. At SAII, we also address to every specific need of our individual clients and this is the reason you get fully customized incubator to suit your specific needs. We also provide customized incubator with different temperature range than of our standard version. Temperature sensitivity of our incubator is ± 0.5°C.

• Digital PID temperature indicator cum controller with inbuilt Timer
• Timer – Once the unit is switched ‘ON’ heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the in-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched OFF.
• Buzzer- sound buzzer to indicate user that process is complete
• Adjustable alarm limits (only with PID controller)
• PLC control system- PLC control system ensures a complete automatic operations along with high efficiency and great reliability. The computerized logic control system ensures a 100% automatic operation throughout the cycle. The main parameters of the process such as temperature, time are controlled and displayed on LCD panel during entire cycle process. Keyboard / touch screen setup is provided to user to choose the desired program, initiate and terminate the cycle.
