Steam is generated in a separate boiler which is placed below the main body.

Pressure is adjustable from 10-20psi.
Fitted with pressure gauge, spring loaded safety valve and steam release valve.
Automatic Vacuum Breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of formation of vacuum due to steam condensation.
Automatic Pressure Control Switch
Automatic Low Water Level Cut-off Device fitted for general safety of the element.
Dial type thermometer to indicate temperature & separate digital temperature indicator to display temperature
Lid is made of S.S. plate provided with Pressure locking system which prevents opening of the door while Steam is inside the chamber.
Small sized autoclave works on 230V 1 phase power supply and big size works efficiently on 440 V , 3 phase power supply
Gasket made of joint less Silicon Rubber / Synthetic Neoprene
Fitted with Plug screen to prevent line choking due to sediment discharge
Supplied with one or two tray (as ordered and depending on size)
Autoclave is fitted with easily replaceable heaters and water level indicator
Chamber is made of 14 SWG
Hydraulically tested at 40psi.

Semi Automatic Triple Walled Horizontal Autoclave consisting of steam outer jacket. Steam jacket allows dry sterilization. Manual Multiport valve is provided for Steam injection inside the chamber, dry sterilization & steam exhaust. When steam pressure inside jacket reaches 17 to 18 psi it automatically cuts off electric supply to heater. User has to manually turn on and off multiport valve for sterilization purpose.
Fully Automatic Triple Walled Horizontal Autoclave consisting of steam outer jacket. Steam jacket allows dry sterilization. Automatic controller operates the electronic Solenoid valve which in turn operates multiport valve for Steam injection inside the chamber, dry sterilization & steam exhaust. Controller and solenoid valve performs purging automatically. When steam pressure inside jacket reaches 17 to 18 psi it automatically cuts off electric supply to heater.
Digital timer can be fitted.
Digital pressure gauge with electronic transducer
Digital temperature indicator can be supplied in lieu of dial thermometer.
Programmable 64 bit PLC controller with touch screen color display HMI. Models fitted with these controllers require no human intervention till a full sterilization cycle is complete.
Upgradable up to 134°C and 30 psi sterilizing pressure
